Acceptable Use Policy

Beta

Last updated: October 10, 2026 • Version 1.1

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) supplements the SPEEQET, INC. Terms of Service and governs access to and use of SPEEQET websites, dashboards, Human AI Hosts, listening pages, integrations, APIs, Customer Content, Participant-facing deployments, and Outputs. By using SPEEQET, you must follow this Policy, the Terms, applicable law, and the rights of others.

1. Core requirements

Use SPEEQET lawfully, transparently, and only for purposes you are authorized to pursue. Obtain and maintain any rights, licenses, notices, permissions, releases, and consents required for Customer Content, Participant interactions, recordings, likenesses, voices, and other data used in a deployment. Keep account credentials secure and use appropriate human oversight where an Output could materially affect a person, organization, reputation, property, access to services, or legal rights.

2. AI transparency and consent

Human AI Hosts are artificial-intelligence systems, not live human representatives. You may not remove, obscure, contradict, or circumvent mandatory AI disclosures or required consent/privacy controls. Do not configure a Host to intentionally deceive a reasonable person about the fact that they are interacting with AI. Do not record, monitor, surveil, collect, disclose, or otherwise process information through SPEEQET without any notice, consent, authority, or lawful basis required for the deployment.

3. Prohibited uses

  • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, exploitative, or materially harmful activity.
  • Phishing, scams, identity theft, credential harvesting, social engineering, fraudulent fundraising, fake support or collections activity, or unauthorized access.
  • Deceptive impersonation of a real person or entity, or use of a real person’s likeness, voice, persona, or identity without the rights and consent required by law.
  • Child sexual exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, sexual extortion, or other exploitative sexual conduct.
  • Threats, planning, incitement, or material facilitation of terrorism, trafficking, kidnapping, organized criminal activity, or serious physical harm.
  • Encouraging or instructing suicide, self-harm, eating-disorder behavior, or other serious self-injury, or exploiting a person’s vulnerability in a manner likely to cause material harm.
  • Covert recording, unlawful surveillance, stalking, secret monitoring, persistent tracking, or privacy-invasive profiling without required authority, notice, or consent.
  • Unlawful spam, robocalls, prerecorded calls, texts, emails, or other communications that bypass legally required consent, identification, unsubscribe, do-not-call, or suppression requirements.
  • Infringing or misappropriating copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other proprietary rights.
  • Soliciting passwords, authentication secrets, complete payment-card numbers, private keys, government authentication credentials, or other highly sensitive information through a standard SPEEQET deployment unless SPEEQET has expressly approved the use and required safeguards are in place.
  • Malware, exploitation, unauthorized probing or scanning, interference with the Service, evasion of security or rate limits, abuse of trials or billing controls, or access to accounts, systems, networks, or data without authorization.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, scraping, systematic extraction, or use of SPEEQET Technology or Outputs to reconstruct or train a competing platform, model, service, dataset, or proprietary workflow, except to the limited extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or SPEEQET expressly authorizes it in writing.
  • Using SPEEQET as an emergency service or presenting a Human AI Host as a substitute for 911, emergency medical care, crisis response, or a qualified human decision-maker.
  • Using SPEEQET as the sole fully automated basis for a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on a person where applicable law or required safeguards prohibit that use.

4. Restricted and high-risk uses — prior written approval required

The following uses are not authorized merely because they may be technically possible. Do not deploy them without SPEEQET, INC.’s prior written approval and appropriate legal, technical, security, consent, human-oversight, and operational safeguards. SPEEQET may prohibit a proposed use entirely where appropriate safeguards cannot reasonably address the risk.

  • Employment or worker screening, ranking, monitoring, promotion, discipline, termination, or other consequential employment decisions.
  • Housing, credit, insurance, education admission, scholarships, public benefits, essential utilities, or similar eligibility decisions.
  • Individualized medical, legal, financial, fiduciary, mental-health, or other regulated professional advice that a person could reasonably rely upon.
  • Deployments directed to children, schools, youth programs, or populations reasonably expected to include children under 13.
  • Political campaign, lobbying, candidate, ballot-measure, voter-persuasion, or election-related deployments.
  • Biometric identification or verification, facial geometry, voiceprints, emotion inference, or categorization/inference of legally sensitive traits from audiovisual, behavioral, or Conversation data.
  • Law-enforcement, intelligence, emergency-response, public-safety surveillance, investigative targeting, or decisions affecting liberty or physical safety.
  • Human-subjects research, deception studies, vulnerable populations, or sensitive-topic research that may require institutional or ethics review.
  • Social-worth or trustworthiness scoring, predictive-policing style profiling, or manipulative techniques designed to materially impair informed choice.

5. Customer content, Host configuration, and Participants

Customer Content used to configure a Human AI Host must be lawful and provided with appropriate rights. Customers should review material knowledge sources, instructions, topics, and questions before launch and correct known errors that could foreseeably cause material harm. Do not instruct a Host to conceal material facts, fabricate authority, solicit prohibited data, or bypass required disclosures. Provide Participants a reasonably accessible way to decline or end a Conversation and do not retaliate merely because a person declines optional processing or exercises an applicable privacy right.

6. Human oversight, integrations, and downstream use

Human AI Hosts and Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misunderstood. Do not represent an Output as guaranteed, professionally verified, or human-reviewed when it is not. Customers remain responsible for destinations they configure for exports, webhooks, connected tools, or other integrations, and may not use an integration to bypass a restriction that would apply directly through SPEEQET.

7. Platform integrity and security

Do not attempt to disable, overload, circumvent, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to SPEEQET systems, safety controls, accounts, data, networks, rate limits, or billing mechanisms. You must cooperate reasonably with SPEEQET when we investigate suspected abuse, security incidents, legal complaints, or material Policy violations.

8. Enforcement and appeals

SPEEQET may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, may require remediation, restrict functionality, remove or preserve content where appropriate, warn, suspend, or terminate an account, deployment, integration, or feature, and may notify affected parties or authorities when required or permitted by law. SPEEQET may act without advance notice when delay could create material risk to safety, privacy, security, legal compliance, infrastructure integrity, or third-party rights. A Customer may request review of a material enforcement decision by contacting support@speeqet.com and providing relevant facts and corrective steps.

9. No guarantee of detection

SPEEQET does not guarantee that prohibited content or conduct will be detected, blocked, removed, or reported. Customers remain responsible for their own deployments and legal obligations regardless of SPEEQET’s enforcement activity.

10. Changes and contact

SPEEQET may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, emerging abuse patterns, safety practices, or operational experience. Material changes will be communicated as required by the Terms or applicable law. Questions, compliance concerns, or reports about this Policy may be sent to support@speeqet.com.
