Ask Before You Speak It
Answers about how Speeqet works, what it costs, and how we protect people's words.
Speeqet (say “speak it”) lets people talk with a Human AI Host who listens without judging. You share a link or QR code, and people talk with your Host for about 3 minutes. You get transcripts, themes, and alerts, and clips only with permission.
Most pilots start within a week of our call, once you approve your conversation guide.
Your Host responds with care, offers to stop, and points to emergency help when needed. You get an alert right away. A Host isn't a therapist or a crisis service.
Yes. You can post urgent alerts, the weekly summary, or every finished conversation to a Slack channel. You can also send each finished conversation, with its summary, themes and transcript, to any web address (a webhook), which tools like Zapier and Make can pass on to thousands of apps such as Google Sheets and HubSpot. And you can download everything as a spreadsheet. Set it up from Connect Tools on your dashboard. Tell us what else you use on the Contact page.
We build with privacy in mind. Everyone is told they're talking to an AI and agrees before starting. They can stop, or ask for their recording to be deleted. Optional uses of their words are off unless they opt in. Our Customer Data Protection & Security page has details. If you have legal requirements, such as GDPR or an ethics-board review, contact us before you start.

Larger projects get a custom plan.
Yes. You can cancel any time from Billing & Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period and you won't be billed again. Any extra minutes you used before then are charged on your final invoice.
You can ask for a refund within 24 hours of a payment by emailing support@speeqet.com.
