Last updated: October 5, 2026 • Compact beta web version
This notice explains how SPEEQET, INC. uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser technologies (together, "browser technologies") on SPEEQET websites and web applications. It supplements the SPEEQET Privacy Policy.
1. What browser technologies are
Cookies are small files a website can place in your browser. Local storage and session storage are browser features that can save information on your device. These technologies can remember settings, keep you signed in, protect account sessions, support payments, and help a web application function correctly.
2. What SPEEQET uses them for
Depending on the page and feature, SPEEQET may use browser technologies for:
- Essential operation and security, including authentication, session management, fraud prevention, and account protection.
- Preferences and accessibility settings, such as text size, contrast, or other choices that should remain consistent across pages.
- Payments and checkout security through payment service providers.
- Performance, diagnostics, and reliability where enabled and disclosed.
- Human AI Host session operation and other temporary state needed to provide a requested feature.
- Customer-directed integrations where a third-party service is intentionally connected.
3. Current beta advertising and tracking position
SPEEQET does not currently use advertising or cross-site behavioral-tracking cookies to target ads to you, and we do not use Participant Conversation Data for targeted advertising. Before SPEEQET materially changes that practice, we will update this notice and provide any consent or opt-out controls required by applicable law.
4. Your choices
You can clear or block cookies and stored browser data through your browser or device settings. You may also reset SPEEQET accessibility preferences through the accessibility controls where available. Blocking essential browser technologies can prevent sign-in, payments, security features, or other parts of SPEEQET from working correctly.
Where applicable law requires SPEEQET to honor a recognized universal opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process the signal for the legally covered activity. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not standardized in the same way, so SPEEQET does not treat them as a universal instruction unless required by law.
5. Third-party services and retention
Some browser technologies may be set or read by service providers that support SPEEQET functions such as authentication, payments, security, or other requested features. Their processing is governed by our agreements with them and their applicable terms. Browser technologies remain only as long as needed for the relevant function, subject to provider settings, security requirements, and browser behavior.
6. Changes and contact
SPEEQET may update this notice when browser technologies or product features change. Questions about cookies, local storage, or privacy choices may be submitted through the SPEEQET Contact page or to support@speeqet.com. For additional information about personal information, see the SPEEQET Privacy Policy.
