Speeqet never pretends to be a person. Customers are told at the start of every session that they're talking to a Human AI Host.
AI can make support faster, but trust still comes from people. Speeqet is built on honesty, safety, and human accountability.
Six principles guide how we build.
Speeqet never pretends to be a person. Customers are told at the start of every session that they're talking to a Human AI Host.
Your records are kept in private storage that needs sign-in to open. Customers agree before a conversation starts.
A real person has the final say. Speakers can ask for one at any time, and upsetting conversations are flagged for your team.
We want everyone to feel heard, whatever their accent or way of speaking. We review conversations to catch problems.
We save exactly what people said. Summaries are labeled as summaries, and the original words are always there.
Every transcript and consent record is saved and searchable, so you can review what was said.

Secure Hosting
Speeqet runs on secure cloud services. Your files are private, and opening them requires sign-in.
Privacy by Default
Optional uses of data are off unless customers choose to opt in.
Care for Upset Speakers
We set rules for when a Host slows down, offers to stop, or points to emergency help, such as when someone seems distressed.
